To support one of the Kingdom’s largest utility developments, Rubiavi Contracting executed fabrication and installation works across 4 different pipelines under the Shuqaiq 3 Water Transmission System. The project spanned four major pipeline corridors, with works distributed across PS1 to PS4 pump stations, electrical and VSD buildings, generator rooms, and water quality monitoring stations. Scope included the fabrication of galvanized gratings, cage and cat ladders, structural platforms, and access gates—all built to ASTM A-36 and A53 Gr. B standards and hot-dip galvanized per ASTM A-123. Specialized work involved pipe welding and fit-up for 48” and 84” pipelines, as well as the installation of hundreds of kilometers of perimeter fencing and custom access systems, executed under strict quality and safety protocols.
