ISO-Certified Quality
Management
Rubiavi Contracting Company upholds HSE as a fundamental part of our identity, ensuring that every project is delivered without compromise to health, safety, or the environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward unsafe practices and pursue a zero-harm goal across all operations, from fabrication workshops to high-risk installation zones.
All our work complies with NEOM Schedule Q and aligns with the safety protocols of our major clients, including Bechtel and RTCC. We operate under strict permit-to-work systems and integrate hazard identification and risk assessment into every task. Whether it’s hot work, confined space entry, lifting, or grinding, activities are planned with the necessary safety documentation and approvals in place.
Our teams are fully trained and briefed before starting any task. Site crews participate in daily tool box talks, and safety walkdowns are conducted to catch and correct issues before they escalate. Subcontractors are treated as part of our system, held accountable to the same safety benchmarks, and regularly audited to ensure full compliance.
At our facility in Jeddah, all fabrication activities follow standardized procedures for welding, cutting, and finishing with clear workflows for handling material hazards and conducting inspections. Transportation to site is managed through driver certification, vehicle inspection, and coordination with site delivery control to ensure incident-free mobilization.
Our certification reflects a company-wide commitment to continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and documented control across all operations.
Every project follows defined inspection, testing, and verification procedures, aligning with ISO 9001 principles and our own rigorous QA/QC protocols to guarantee safe, compliant, and durable results for our clients in NEOM, SWCC, NWC, and across the Kingdom.
